Bespoke Bathroom

A bathroom is quoted after we have seen it. The waste run may be long, the ventilation may be a window that nobody opens, and there may be no sensible place for a larger shower tray without moving a wall. We deal with the plumbing, the wastes, the connections to the hot water, and the finishing that is part of the agreed quote. Tiling and the suite are included when they are part of the job we have priced. If you already have the sanitaryware, we can fit what you have bought, and we will say if something is a poor fit for the space or the water pressure. We do not keep a showroom.

The time on site depends on the room. A cloakroom with no layout change is a shorter job than a bathroom where the shower moves and the floor comes up. We agree the sequence before we start, including how long the water will be off. Booked work is Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. A leak that starts during the job, or a separate burst pipe, is handled as plumbing. A night-time emergency is the emergency call-out, not a reason to begin a bathroom.
